Manila Airport Terminal 4 Passenger Information Guide

NAIA Manila Airport Terminal 4 services passengers that fly to domestic locations within the Philippines. No international flights are serviced by this terminal. 

Terminal 4 is a small terminal all located on the ground level. Passengers walk across the tarmac and up the stairs to get onto the aircraft. Be sure to ask the ground staff for assistance if required.

Airlines servicing Terminal 4

As at May 2024, the following airlines arrive and depart from Terminal 4 at Manila Airport:

  • Airswift (T6)
  • Cebu Pacific Cebgo (DG)
  • Sunlight Air (2R)

Car Parking at Terminal 4

There is only one parking lot at Terminal 4, known as parking lot B. Note this car park is small with a limited number of spaces. 

Address: Domestic Road, Pasay. The car park is located across the road from Terminal 4.

Free Wifi

As at July 2023, terminal 4 at Ninoy Aquino International Airport now offers free public Wi-fi. Passengers can enjoy 2 hours of free wifi per day. If you are a GoFibre or Surf2Sawa subscriber you can enjoy an extra 6 hours of free wifi. Look out for the banners around the terminal on how to connect to this service. 

Cell Phone & Laptop Charging Stations

Unfortunately there are no specific Laptop Charging Stations found in terminal 4. 

Cell phone charging stations can be found in the departure area (airside). Cell phone charging stations accept type B and type G power plugs along with USB outlets. 

Baggage Assistance

Porter services are located at the departure and arrival levels ready to assist passengers with their luggage. 

Cost: PHP 50 per piece; payable at the Porter Assistance Counter. 

Currency Exchange & Banking Services

Banks including Philippines National Bank (PNB) which offer full banking services are located across the road from Terminal 4. 

Currency exchange and ATM’s are location within the terminal. 

Shops and Restaurants

A small selection of cafes and restaurants can be found in Terminal 4 near the pre-departure area. 

Water Refilling Stations

Free water refilling stations are located through the terminal. 

Infant & Children Facilities

Kiddie Traveler’s Lounge: Dedicated children’s play area to keep your little ones entertained whilst waiting for your flight. Facilities include playhouse, books, creativity tables and cartoons on TV. Suitable for children aged 1 – 13 years old. 
Location: Pre-departure hall near boarding gate 5. 

Parents Room: Facilities include baby change facilities, nursing stations, sleeping rooms for babies, infant formula, bottles and disposable diapers.

Location: Pre-departure area

Baby Change Facilities are located in all female restrooms. 

Health and Medical Facilities

The Manila Airport Terminal 4 medical clinic is located at the pre-boarding area. 

Mail Service

No post offices are located at Terminal 4.

Prayer Rooms

No prayer rooms are located within Terminal 4. 

Airport Lounges

There are no lounges at NAIA Terminal 4. However you can enjoy a massage at Vibes Massage located in the pre-departures hall prior to your flight. 

Hotels Near Terminal 4 Manila Airport

There are a number of cheaper hotel options located across the road (Domestic Rd) from Terminal 4. Hotels near Terminal 4 Manila include: 

  • Achievers Airport Hotel
  • Domestic Guesthouse Budget Hotel
  • Siayan Travellers Inn
 
If you are looking for newer 3, 4 or 5 star hotels, these are located adjacent to Terminal 3.
