Terminal 3 Manila Airport Passenger Information Guide
Terminal 3 at Manila International Airport services the majority of international airlines arriving in the Philippines. The only domestic flights operating from NAIA terminal 3 is Cebu Pacific airlines. On this page you will find information on the services you can find within the terminal.3

Free Wifi at Terminal 3
As at November 2023, terminal 3 at Ninoy Aquino International Airport now offers free public Wi-fi. Passengers can enjoy 2 hours of free wifi per day thanks to Pure Fiber. Look out for the banners around the terminal on how to connect to this service.
Cell Phone & Laptop Charging Stations
Unfortunately there are no specific Laptop Charging Stations found in terminal 3.
Cell phone charging stations can be found in the departure area (airside). Cell phone charging stations accept type B and type G power plugs along with USB outlets.
Car Parking at Terminal 3
There are two parking areas conveniently located next to Terminal 3.
- an open-air parking section directly in front of the terminal arrivals area
- and a multi-level parking facility that is covered to protect your car from the elements.

Baggage Assistance
Porter services are located at the departure and arrival levels ready to assist passengers with their luggage.
Cost: PHP 50 per piece; payable at the Porter Assistance Counter.
Currency Exchange & Banking Services
A number of Philippine Banks can be found in both the departure and arrivals areas of Terminal 3 to assist with currency exchange and range of banking services. Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) can be found within the departure and arrival levels of Terminal 3.
Shops and Restaurants
A wide variety of culinary treats including a number of cafes can be found within the terminal, including a new food hall opened on the 4th level. Duty free and souvenir shops can be found through the departures side of the terminal. Majority of these can be found enroute to your boarding gate.

Flowerstore.ph vending machine is located at the arrival lobby of Terminal 3, filled with beautiful flower bouquets perfect for surprising someone special.
Water Refilling Stations
Free water refilling stations are located through the terminal.
Shoe Shining
Looking for the perfect shoeshine while waiting for your flight at Terminal 3 Manila airport? Now you can. Located on the 3rd Level, South Wing, International departures level. You will find them between gates 112 and 112. Opening hours are 6am to 8pm daily.
Infant & Children Facilities
Kiddie Traveler’s Lounge: Dedicated children’s play area to keep your little ones entertained whilst waiting for your flight. Facilities include playhouse, books, creativity tables and cartoons on TV. Suitable for children aged 1 – 13 years old.
Locations: Kiddie Travelers Lounges can be found at both the domestic and international pre-departure level.
Parents Room: Facilities include baby change facilities, nursing stations, sleeping rooms for babies, infant formula, bottles and disposable diapers.
Location: Domestic departure area near Gate 119. International departure area near Gate 108.
Health and Medical Facilities
Medical clinic can be found on the South Wing near the International Arrivals area.
Mail Service
No post offices are located at Terminal 3.
Prayer Rooms
Catholic Prayer Room is located at the Mezzanine Level of the North Head House.
The Muslim Prayer Room is located on the northern side of the departure area.

There are a number of hotel options located across the NAIA Expressway from Terminal 3. There is a footbridge that connects the Terminal 3 to the other side of the expressway. Alternatively, you can catch a taxi or grab to your hotel of choice.
